What do our visitors say?

Would definitely recommend, extremely well organised, good food, good value and lovely people.

The heritage centre itself is a lovely day out, able to have an up close look at the trains, they also do car and toy shows, worth keeping an eye out for.
— Jenny, Google Reviews (September 2023)
Well worth a visit, an amazing experience, staff very knowledgeable across the whole site, and excellent display stock. Cannot fault the exhibition.

There’s a cafe too and an observation deck overlooking Crewe North junction, trains regularly honk their horns.
— Philip, TripAdvisor (August 2023)
Family ticket includes a miniature train ride, bargain! Cafe serves toasties and snacks and hot drinks, great signal boxes, and stairs to most locos.

We loved watching the trains from the mainline viewing platform. Just brilliant
